1 Introduction

Welcome to Latin Empire X ("LEX", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our platform at latinempirex.com, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered members ("Fans"), and content creators ("LEX Models"). If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using our platform.

                
                Latin Empire X is an adult content platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to access or use any feature of this platform.
            

2 Definitions

"Platform" — The Latin Empire X website at latinempirex.com.
"Fan" — A registered member who accesses content posted by LEX Models.
"LEX Model" — A verified content creator registered on the platform.
"Content" — Any photo, video, audio, live stream, or material shared on the platform.
"LEX Credits" — The platform's virtual currency for accessing premium content and tips.
"Subscription" — A recurring payment granting access to a LEX Model's content.
"Private Session" — A credit-based live video interaction between a Fan and a LEX Model.

3 Eligibility & Registration

For All Users

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must be legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction.
You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
You must not have been previously banned from our platform.
One account per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited.

Account Security

You are responsible for your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@latinempirex.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4 ID Verification

For LEX Models (Mandatory)

Upload a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card).
Submit a selfie holding the ID document next to your face.
All persons appearing in Content must be verifiably 18+ with documented consent.
Records are maintained in compliance with applicable laws including 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

For Fans

Fans may be required to verify age before accessing certain content. We may use third-party verification services.

All submitted identity documents are encrypted, stored securely, and never shared with third parties except where required by law.

5 Fan Members

As a Fan member, you agree to:

Use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Not record, screenshot, download, or redistribute any Content without explicit written permission.
Treat LEX Models with respect. Harassment or abuse results in immediate termination.
Not attempt to identify or locate a LEX Model in real life.
Not share login credentials with others.
Comply with all payment obligations.

Recording or redistribution of any Content without authorization is a violation of our Terms and may constitute copyright infringement.

6 LEX Models

By registering as a LEX Model, you agree to:

Provide accurate identity documentation as required in Section 4.
Only upload Content for which you own or hold all necessary rights.
Ensure all persons in your Content are 18+ with written consent.
Not upload Content depicting minors, non-consensual acts, or illegal activity.
Be solely responsible for tax obligations in your country of residence.

Model Revenue Share

LEX Models receive 70% of gross revenue from subscriptions, tips, and private sessions. Latin Empire X retains 30% as a platform fee.

7 Content Policy

Permitted Content

Adult content featuring verified, consenting adults (18+).
Live streams, photos, videos, and private messages between verified users.

Strictly Prohibited

Any content depicting or suggesting minors.
Non-consensual content of any kind.
Content involving trafficking or sexual exploitation.
Spam, scam attempts, or illegal activity.

Violations result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement. Latin Empire X has a zero-tolerance policy.

8 Payments & LEX Credits

LEX Credits System

LEX Credits are used to unlock premium content, tip models, and access private sessions.

All purchases are processed securely via approved payment providers.
All prices are displayed in EUR (€). Currency conversion fees may apply.
Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime via account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

For billing issues, contact support@latinempirex.com before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.

9 Model Payouts

Payouts processed bi-weekly (every 14 days).
Minimum payout threshold: €50.
Available methods: SEPA bank transfer, PayPal, Paxum, or other approved methods.
Models are responsible for accurate banking details and currency conversion fees.
Successful Fan chargebacks may result in deductions from model earnings.
Latin Empire X is not responsible for taxes owed by LEX Models.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the GDPR and Dutch privacy laws.

We collect only data necessary to provide our services.
Your personal data is never sold to third parties.
Identity documents are encrypted and access-restricted.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.

11 Prohibited Conduct

Harassment, threats, or abuse of any user or LEX Model.
Fraud, payment circumvention, or unjustified chargebacks.
Automated scraping or data collection.
Hacking, disrupting, or overloading our servers.
Impersonating another user, model, or LEX staff.
Soliciting off-platform contact from LEX Models.
Sharing or selling account access.
Unauthorized redistribution of platform Content.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts for:

Violation of these Terms.
Fraudulent activity or payment disputes.
Uploading prohibited content.
Repeated reports from other users.
Requests from law enforcement.

For serious violations, termination is immediate. For minor violations, we will attempt to notify you first. Appeal within 30 days to support@latinempirex.com.

13 Intellectual Property

All content you upload remains your property. By uploading to Latin Empire X, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your Content solely to operate the platform. We will never sell your Content to third parties.

Latin Empire X's branding, logo, and technology are exclusive property of Latin Empire X and may not be reproduced without written permission.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Latin Empire X is not liable for:

Loss of profits or data arising from platform use.
Content posted by users or LEX Models.
Unauthorized account access from failure to protect credentials.
Temporary platform interruptions.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts. EU consumers retain the right to rely on local consumer protection laws.

Before legal proceedings, you agree to contact us in good faith to resolve disputes through direct negotiation or mediation.

17 Affiliate & Recruiter Program

Overview

Latin Empire X offers an Affiliate & Recruiter Program ("LEX Partners") where existing LEX Models can recruit new models and earn commission on their activity.

Eligibility

Only verified LEX Models in good standing may participate.
Your account must have no violations or suspensions in the last 90 days.
You must be at least 18 years old.

Recruiter Commission

5% commission on all gross revenue earned by your recruited model.
Commission is calculated monthly and paid alongside your regular model earnings.
Commission applies to subscriptions, tips, private sessions, and any LEX Credit purchases by the recruited model's fans.
Commission continues for as long as the recruited model remains active on the platform.

Recruitment Rules

You may only recruit individuals who have never previously registered on Latin Empire X.
You must not make false or misleading claims about earnings potential.
You must not engage in deceptive or unethical recruitment practices.
You may not recruit yourself, create multiple accounts, or collude with other models to circumvent these rules.
All recruited models must complete the standard verification process.

Empire Support & Online Status

Your recruited model has access to Empire Support — our dedicated support team available online for questions about the platform, payments, and technical issues. Empire Support can be reached via the dashboard and is typically online during business hours (UTC-3).

Termination

Latin Empire X reserves the right to revoke your affiliate privileges if you violate any recruitment rules, engage in fraud, or bring the platform into disrepute. Commission payouts may be withheld if investigation is required.

Changes to Program

We may modify commission rates or program terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
